When selecting a new billing service for your practice, many options and many companies are available. We understand it is often a difficult and confusing decision. We want to eliminate as much of this as possible and provide you with the confidence you need to feel comfortable with selecting MJCA.
Therefore, your first step is to allow us to provide you with an in-depth review and analysis of your practice to determine how we can best perform for you. We know each practice and each hospital location is unique. The best way for us to determine your situation is to review a small sample of medical records from your facility. From this, we can determine the socio-economic mix, the acuity, and any unique characteristics of the patient population you will encounter. We can then provide you with our projections of monthly and yearly collections, as well as what we feel we can collect on average per patient.
We will also discuss with you all pertinent provider enrollment issues necessary to make the transition to MJCA. Our staff will perform all third party credentialing for members of your group once you become a client of MJCA. In addition, we will provide feedback on documentation issues we discover during our analysis. We can also advise on any managed care issues that may affect your practice.
