Therefore, as an MJCA client, you can be assured money we collect from ALL third parties for your services will be deposited each business day in a bank account you own, control, and can access at your disposal. This account will not be a "trust account" established in your name. Rather, it will be set up according to your directions and specifications. MJCA personnel will not have any signature privileges for this account. We will only be able to make deposits.

So, as a client, you will never have to guess how much money is being collected on your behalf from your billing service. Nor will you have to wait until the end of the month to see how your collections fared. Your money is your money, and having access to it daily is vital to your practice.
