About the Company

Michael J Camlinde and Associates, Inc. (MJCA) was incorporated in 2000 for the purpose of providing billing and consulting services to physicians and physician groups nationwide. Our primary specialty is billing for the professional fees of Emergency Physicians in the most efficient and technologically advanced manner possible.

MJCA's goal is to provide superior service, use the latest in technology, and to stay on the cutting edge of the billing industry. Furthermore, our philosophy is to provide these services at the lowest possible cost to our clients without sacrificing quality. We understand physician reimbursement is decreasing, while practice expenses are increasing. In order to survive in today's medical environment, physician groups must find ways to become more efficient. The billing industry is no exception. This is exactly why MJCA has spent many, many hours developing interfaces with our client's hospitals, including HMA, HCA, CHS, and independent hospital systems, to provide us with patient account information and medical records electronically. In doing this, we have eliminated much of the labor costs other billing companies have, which in turn, allows us to charge less for our services. Our clients get the benefits of a true "full service" billing agent, while enjoying the peace of mind in knowing they are not paying too much for a quality, proven product.

MJCA's corporate offices are located centrally in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with a satellite office in Davenport, Florida. The daily operations of MJCA are performed under the guidance of Mr. David Windham and Mr. Rob Ross.

Mr. David Windham has been an executive in the emergency physician billing industry since 1990. He has a Bachelor's of Business Management degree from Southern Nazerene University. Prior to his involvement in starting MJCA, he was a Senior Client Representative for a national emergency physician billing and consulting firm. As a Senior Client Representative, he was the primary contact for physician groups practicing in the southeastern United States. His responsibilities included the daily management of all client account issues. Currently, he co-manages all facets of MJCA operations.

Mr. Rob Ross has been an executive in the emergency physician billing industry since 1991. He has a Bachelor's of Business Administration degree from Oklahoma Baptist University, and a Master's of Business Administration degree, with an emphasis in Healthcare Administration, from Oklahoma City University. As with Mr. Windham, Mr. Ross also was a Senior Client Representative for a national emergency physician billing and consulting firm. He was the primary contact for physician groups practicing in the northeastern United States. His responsibilities included the daily management of all client account issues. He currently co-manages all MJCA operations with Mr. Windham.

MJCA has experienced tremendous growth since inception. Primarily, this growth has been from referrals. We strongly encourage any physician, or physician group manager, who is looking for a new billing company to contact any of our clients. We will gladly provide a list of references upon request.
